As a pioneer in corporate coaching at Medtronic, I have experienced the transformative power of coaching firsthand. My journey began, perhaps like yours: I'd hit a plateau in my career and needed the objectivity of a coach. The results I achieved excited me to pursue coach training and certification. It also demonstrated the inherent power of coaching in a corporate setting. 

 

My journey extends beyond personal success; it's about fostering a culture of coaching within a corporate powerhouse. This experience, combined with extensive training in Emotional Intelligence(EQ) and Life and Executive Coaching, has honed my unique approach.
